What to expect:
New friends, new tricks, awesome memories, and a seriously fun day on snow! Each participant will receive a goodie bag at in-person registration, featuring giveaways from our amazing sponsors. We will also be raffling off door prizes at the end of the event (winner must be present to claim!).

  • Shredcatz Ride Day events are geared toward female-identifying and non-binary riders. If you use he/him pronouns, we kindly ask that you respect the space we are intentionally creating within our female-driven community and refrain from joining this particular event. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out by email!

  • Please note that this is not a coached or supervised event. We’ll be there all day to support, encourage, and ride alongside you, but no formal coaching will be provided. There will be no designated or supervised groups—participants are responsible for themselves at all times.Minors are welcome to attend, however a guardian must be present at registration, as we do not provide supervision for minors. We recommend a minimum riding ability of confidently loading/unloading lifts and safely navigating green and blue runs. All skiing/snowboarding gear is the responsibility of the participant.

  • For those who indicated they need to purchase a March 6 day ticket: you will receive a call from Mt Seymour Guest Services, where you’ll be able to purchase your discounted ticket over the phone. If anything goes awry, don’t worry- you’ll be assisted the morning of the event. In that case, please arrive a little early to visit Guest Services before joining us.

  • We’ll be collecting a $10 registration contribution at the event. All funds go directly toward supporting our not-for-profit association and help us sustainably continue offering fun, inclusive Shredcatz events. If this contribution is a barrier for you, please reach out—we’re more than happy to waive it.
